MetArmour PS3343 - Paint Stripper is a non-flammable, solvent based, fast acting paint remover that strips various kinds of coatings from metal, wood and plastic surfaces. The paint stripper penetrates a variety of coatings like varnish, acrylic paints, PU and Epoxy paints. It is widely used in Automotive Industry / Aerospace / powder coating industry to remove the paint from the painted surface due to rework. The painted or powder coated surface gets bubbled out easily within minutes. It can remove the paint from even sensitive metals like aluminium, magnesium and other Aerospace grade materials.The paint stripper is free of phenols and other harmful substances. Being alkaline in nature, it is safe on metals as well and non-corrosive.The loosened paint can easily be washed off or wiped with a waste cloth.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONSClean the component to remove any trace oils, grease or dirt.Mix the paint stripper well and apply on the component in a thin uniform coating to cover the entire surfaceAllow dwell time of 5-10 minutesYou will see the paint bubbling out of the surface. This indicates the loosening of paintWash with water or wipe off the loosened paint before the solvent dries off
Alternatively, the component can be dipped into a bath prepared by pouring the paint stripper in a suitable HDPE/SS tank. Allow to be dipped for 5-10 minutes. Remove the component from the bath and wash with rinse water

Para Fine Strippable Coating (S) is an air-drying, transparent, low viscosity type of PVC organic solvent based coating. It can be applied on metal, plastic, glass and various other substrates as a protective coating. The rubber like coating offers scratch resistance and protection from moisture & corrosion. The coating is a temporary protection and can easily be removed from the surface by peeling off or wiping with solvent, thus leaving no residue. It can be applied by brush, roller or through spray. It forms a tough, cohesive elastic film which dries quickly.
It can be used on machinery, finished components, automobiles and various other surfaces that require temporary protection from environmental factors and scratch resistance.
It is ideal for expensive equipments/components being transhipped or exported through sea/air, as it is easy to apply and peel off once it reaches the destination

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the component or surface to remove any trace oils, grease or dirt.
Mix the Strippable Lacquer coating well to ensure uniformity
Apply the lacquer on the surface to be coated in a thin uniform coating to cover the entire surface. Application can be through roller, brush, spray or dip.
Allow drying time of 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, it can be passed through an oven for quick drying.
The lacquer dries to form a protective coating.

On completion of the protective work, the coating can easily be peeled off from any edge or wiped off with a solvent.
