MetArmour DG3899 - EF Vapour Degreaser is an Eco-friendly, non-carcinogenic powerful solvent, that is used to thoroughly remove soils like dirt, grease, oils and other grime from any metallic or plastic surfaces. The solvent is volatile in nature and can be quickly vaporized at a temperature >80C. The vapours are powerful enough to quickly degrease the entire surface of metal. Being in vapour form provides a unique advantage of reaching all nooks and corners of the component and ensures thorough cleaning. The product has a high flash point and hence safe for vapour degreasing. The added stabilizers and corrosion inhibitors, ensure no corrosion of metals after cleaning. After vapour degreasing, the component is ready for further process as it does not require any separate rinse/drying cycle. The product is safe on all metals, alloys and sensitive materials as well. The condensed vapours can be reused numerous times for cleaning, following the separation of the sludge, making it an economical option for cleaning large volumes of parts.The unique aspect of this product is that it is safe for users (unlike carcinogenic chlorinated solvents). The product is safe to use at the prescribed exposure levels and does not cause risk of cancer to users who are exposed to the solvent.

Heat the MetShine DG1899 - EF Vapour Degreaser to achieve vapours and allow contact with the components for thorough cleaning. Alternatively, the component can be dipped in the solvent for few minutes and then cleaned off. The solvent can also be sprayed on the components for cleaning. Once cleaned, allow to dry before further use.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONSThe Caustic-free Degreaser is diluted with soft water as per the requirement.The prepared solution can then be used to clean the components by dipping or spray. It can be used in Ultrasonic bath as well with a cleaning cycle of 10-15 minutes and a temparature of upto 60CFor other surface cleaning, it can be used as a wipe or by dipping the item in the solution.

MetArmour DG1765 - Ultrasonic Degreaser is a powerful alkaline cleaner having deep penetrating action, widely used in automotive industry to degrease metals and alloys.

It easily removes heavy soil, oil stain, grease etc. from most surfaces. It is specifically designed to perform in ultrasonic machines with high-frequency cleaning to ensure thorough cleaning even in blind holes and corners of the components. The cleaner is non-flammable & contains bio-degradable surfactants. It is a safe and cost-effective replacement for hazardous solvent cleaners like Acetone, TCE, MDC etc.

The product can be used manually or in ultrasonic cleaning machines at the suggested dilution ratio.

It is safe against most metals and sensitive alloys. The product contains no caustic, no harmful solvents and free of halogens. The product has low to medium foaming and foaming can be controlled with our defoamer additive (sold separately).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The Ultrasonic Degreaser is diluted with soft water as per the requirement.

The prepared solution can then be used to clean the components by dipping in the ultrasonic machine. It can be used at room temperature or with heating upto 60C

After ultrasonic cleaning cycle, the components are to be rinsed in soft or DM Water and then dried
